A good mix of colors for getting started with friendship bracelets. The individual skeins feel a touch lighter than the name brand you'd find in US craft shops, but that may just be my impression. The bobbin cards and needles are a nice bonus. I bought this set specifically to teach my nephew how to make knotted bracelets, so I haven't used them yet, but it's handy to have them on hand if I decide to try embroidery later.
ok so this is a great deal for the amount of floss you get !! i cross stitch and i love having a random assortment on hand for when inspiration hits. tons of variety, looks like a few duplicate pinks and blues but otherwise all distinct. so many purples which is awesome, oranges are a little light tho. softer than cheap floss, not quite name brand soft. the bobbins are paper so i probably wont use em but the needles are a nice touch. great stash builder
The colors in this pack are lovely and there are so many to choose from. I used the floss for a small embroidery piece and also made friendship bracelets with my niece during her spring break visit. Everything came together beautifully.
Im new to embroidery and this works great for practice. Big color range for a small price. No reason to splurge on fancier floss while im still working on basic stitches. Good bang for the buck
Not the highest quality floss for serious needlework, but for basic crafting it's a wonderful assortment and the price is hard to argue with. The winding cards are a nice touch and the included needles handle basic stitching. I've been using mine to sew up little felt catnip toys for our rescue cats and it's ideal for that. Lots of unusual shades too, which I appreciate.
