Free USPS Ground Shipping is offered on all orders shipped within the US over $50 (before taxes). U.S. orders below $50 (before taxes) that are shipped within the US qualify for $4.99 standard ground shipping. All orders sent to a U.S. address also have the choice of 2-Day ($12) or Overnight ($45). All U.S. orders shipped via standard ground shipping are sent by either FedEx, UPS or USPS. All orders sent to a P.O. Box are sent via USPS. And all expedited shipping is done via UPS or FedEx.

We want to make sure our crafting products are perfect for you. And if they don't - for any reason - we want to hear about it (it's the only way we can continue to make them even better). As a result, we offer a very strong and simple money back guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Incraftables product you purchased from incraftables.com, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. The purchase price of your product(s) will be 100% refunded/exchanged. Unfortunately, shipping to and from cannot be, and in an instance where free shipping is utilized, the shipping cost will be deducted from the return. In the event of an exchange, any amount above the value of the exchange will be refunded to you. Additionally, if you request the return of a product that was part of an order to which a coupon was applied, we reserve the right to deny the request if it is not in the spirit of the coupon's promotion.

To start your return, simply email returns@incraftables.com with your full name, order number, phone number, email associated with your account, and reason for your return. We will take it from there.
